The IT department at the County Administrative Board contacted us when they were facing a new start. They needed to update their brand image. Conceptual images, texts, videos and a completely new approach were needed.
We assembled a team of filmmakers, photographers, copywriters and project managers to take on the challenge. The key was to create a sense of meaning, social benefit and technological development. The County Administrative Board IT wanted to position itself as an employer with high-quality technical challenges and a mission that provides a satisfaction that is not often found in the profession.
In light of the extreme heat and the large number of fires that occurred in different parts of Sweden in 2018, crisis management became the backdrop for one of the visual styles. During these fires, the County Administrative Boards' IT department played a crucial role in ensuring effective communication. The image signals action, seriousness and problem solving, while the technical perspective is clear.
When it came to copywriting, the focus was once again on strengthening the connection between the technologically advanced mission and the higher purpose of working for the good of society. A handful of key phrases were selected that clearly convey the message of what the County Administrative Board's IT department stands for.

We also produced testimonials, i.e. videos where employees talk about what it's like to be part of the County Administrative Board's IT department. A total of 5 individual videos were created, which were also compiled into a general recruitment video. Overall, this was a very successful project that involved several of the group's competencies, and most importantly, a very satisfied customer!
