Luleå Municipality chooses Thinc company Nowa Kommunikation for media agency assignments.
The call will come into effect when the contract blocking period under the LUF has ended or 10 days from the date that the general administrative court, if it has made an interim decision, has overturned that decision.
The agreement is valid from 2024-07-01 for 2 years with the possibility of extension for another 2 years. Luleå Municipality states the value of the agreement at 17,1 MSEK over the agreement period. Luleå Municipality does not guarantee any volumes.
