KKM, part of the Thinc Collective group, has won communications assignments with a focus on labor market issues and skills supply. The total value amounts to SEK 5,8 million in 2026.
The efforts are carried out on behalf of the industry associations VVSYN (VVSYN), the Swedish Welding Commission and the Swedish Bakers and Confectioners Association. They are financed through government funding aimed at strengthening the supply of skills in the Swedish labour market by accelerating the establishment of newcomers.
The assignments include strategic consulting, concept development and communication efforts linked to labor market development, skills supply and the long-term needs of the industries. The work will be conducted gradually during 2026.
The deal strengthens KKM:'s position as a specialized partner in societal and complex issues, where communication plays a central role in creating understanding, engagement and change. It also strengthens the Thinc Collective Group's work to develop specialist companies with clear offerings and long-term customer value.
