THINC COLLECTIVE ACQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 14% OF SAFIR COMMUNICATION

Thinc Collective AB (publ) (“Thinc”) has today exercised its option and acquired an additional 14% of SAFIRAB AB (“SAFIR or the “Company”) from the company’s founders Niklas Alm and Fredrik Sätterström (“The Founders”).

Thinc has owned 350 shares in SAFIR, corresponding to 35% of the company, since last spring. Thinc has also had the right to acquire a total of 350 shares, corresponding to an additional 35% of SAFIR, in two separate rounds, “Option 1” and “Option 2” respectively, from the Founders.

Thinc has now exercised Option 1 by paying SEK 4,164 thousand to the Founders and acquired an additional 140 shares corresponding to 14% of the Company. After the acquisition, Thinc's ownership amounts to Safir to 49%. In addition, Option 2 remains, which gives Thinc the right to acquire an additional 21% of SAFIR during the first half of 2025.
