Thinc Collective launches program for future leaders

Communications group Thinc Collective is investing heavily in developing future leaders. An ambitious leadership program is now being launched within the group, which will give participants a solid foundation in various areas such as finance, leadership and labor law.

In parallel, efforts are underway to strengthen the existing leadership and ensure long-term competence in the Group's various companies. One part of this is to appoint a Vice President in those companies where there is a need and natural candidates with qualifications and motivation. Three of the Group's 16 companies have now appointed a Vice President – Josefin Zachrisson for Nowa Kommunikation, Clara Holmberg - for Empower and Malin Comstedt - for ProdekorThese three will also be the first to graduate from the leadership program.

– The most important thing for us is that the companies strengthen their competence and decision-making power. A vice president contributes to developing the company and creating long-term stability, says Anders Wallqvist, CEO of Thinc Collective.

– The fact that those who are now taking on the role are women and also younger than the average among our leaders is a bonus that we are especially happy about, as it is completely in line with our ambition to create a more equal and sustainable corporate structure.

The newly established leadership program spans three years and will provide each participant with expertise in economics, labor law and work environment, as well as education and training in leadership and workplace culture. The program is composed of various courses and will also be tailored based on the participants' individual needs.
