The communications group Thinc Collective AB “Thinc Collective” has initiated a strategic collaboration with the advertising agency Granath Reklam AB “Granath” and plans to co-locate their respective operations in Stockholm. The plan is that the collaboration will also lead to ownership cooperation, whereby the parties have agreed on a Letter of Intent for Thinc’s acquisition of 49% of Granath in 2025 based on results in 2024.
The fast-growing Thinc Collective group of entrepreneurially driven companies known for their innovative solutions in marketing communications and Granath, a full-service advertising agency with clients in the public sector, marketing communications and with deep knowledge in Life Science, have today signed a letter of intent in which Granath intends to become part of Thinc Collective. This strategic deal is directly aimed at strengthening the Thinc Group's total offering. Above all within the Creatives business area.
"The fact that Granath complements Thinc is completely in line with our strategy of being able to offer the market both breadth and at the same time cutting edge at the highest level. Growing in Stockholm is a priority and with Granath in the team we will have around 40 colleagues. We have long been looking for a creative agency in Stockholm that shares our values, a clear entrepreneurial spirit and that will strengthen the group creatively. It feels fantastic," says Anders Wallqvist, Group CEO Thinc.
"The opportunity for closer collaboration with Thinc feels just right, we feel a strong need to be able to offer our customers both a broader and more sophisticated offering, which we will now be able to do together. Thinc's entrepreneurial model suits us perfectly. It will be exciting to grow into the Thinc world," says David Granath.
