Thinc Collective is growing and now we are looking for someone who wants to take care of our technology and our office in Stockholm and the people who work in the office. The role is complex but both fun and responsible, and is suitable for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Roll:
With us, you will be an important part of everyday life – often the first person you meet and always someone you can turn to. We are an entrepreneurially driven group in communications, and the office in Stockholm is a natural gathering point for colleagues, customers and partners. You are responsible for ensuring that the technology and the office work, feel welcoming and are a place where people feel comfortable and can do their best work.
An important part of the role is to be the coordinator for our IT and technology suppliers nationally. You are the link between colleagues, suppliers and sometimes customers, and help when the technology is having problems or when something needs to be set up, adjusted or resolved.
We believe that you are a warm and social person who sees people around you. You create security through your way of being and contribute to a positive atmosphere without taking over the room. You are non-pretentious, solution-oriented and take action where needed - big and small.
You have a genuine interest in technology and are comfortable helping in everyday life, for example with:
- settings and user support
- meeting room technology
- easier network troubleshooting
- administration of users, file servers and access control systems
- Microsoft 365 skills, account setup and level management
-meetings and ordering coffee and lunch
-contact with all suppliers and property owners needed to ensure that the Sthlms office is nice and functional.
How we think you are:
You are structured, professional and have a natural sense of service. Perhaps you have worked in office services, hotels, events, aviation, restaurants, retail or customer service - or in a similar role where people and the whole have been in focus.
You have 2 years of experience as a client or coordinator for IT suppliers or IT departments. If you also have an interest in interior design, color and form, and enjoy creating pleasant and functional environments, we see that as a big plus.
Examples of tasks in the role:
- Ensure that office and reception areas are welcoming and representative
- Responsible for the local IT environment in collaboration with external suppliers
- Be a support and sounding board on issues related to culture and work environment
- Coordinate and manage relationships with office and service providers
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Support HR and management with onboarding and offboarding
- Work structured with work environment issues and follow-up
- Manage administration and purchasing related to the office
