Jetty has changed its company name to Thinc Jetty Collective and announces a change in share capital

At the extraordinary general meeting on October 1, 2021, it was decided, among other things, that Jetty AB (publ) would change its company name to Thinc Jetty Collective AB (publ) (“Thinc”). The meeting also decided on a new issue of shares (“the non-cash issue”) and an adjustment of representatives in accordance with the proposals presented. Further information about the decisions at the extraordinary general meeting is provided in the press release published on October 1, 2021.

Thinc can now announce that the Swedish Companies Registration Office has now registered Thinc's new company name and other registration matters. Through the registration of the In-kind Issue, Thinc's share capital amounts to SEK 12,975,757.85 divided into a total of 117,961,435 shares.

Trade names

Thinc's share, which is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market, will be traded under the new share name "THINC JETTY" as of October 20, 2021.
