The Swedish Agency for Public Administration and Public Procurement is conducting a new procurement and Nowa Kommunikation is ranked second.

The Swedish Agency for Administrative and Financial Affairs is re-procuring the framework agreement for media agency services on behalf of all government agencies, where the Thinc Collective-owned company Nowa Kommunikation is currently ranked first. In the new agreement, Nowa Kommunikation is ranked second in terms of ranked calls.

Nowa Kommunikation is currently ranked first in the agreement, which expires on 26 February 2027. The new agreement will enter into force when the contract freeze under the LOU has ended, or 10 days from the date that the General Administrative Court, if it has made an interim decision, has overturned that decision. The start of the call-off is 27 February 2027.

The agreement will be valid for 2 years with automatic extension for 1 + 1 year. Kammarkollegiet states the value of the agreement at a maximum of SEK 137 million/year. Kammarkollegiet does not guarantee any volumes.
Thinc Collective estimates the potential reduction in turnover to be approximately SEK 65 million/year from March next year if the agreement goes through. Nowa Kommunikation has discovered a significant formal error where correction would mean Nowa Kommunikation would be ranked first and has therefore requested a correction of the decision.
