Thinc Collective AB: The new issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The new share issue in Thinc Collective AB (“Thinc” or the “Company”) that was recently carried out in connection with the acquisition of shares in Brand Arena Nordic Group Agency AB (BANG) has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. After registration, the number of shares in the Company amounts to 17,064,005 shares and the share capital amounts to 18,770,405.50 SEK.
