Thinc Collective's board has decided to change the accounting principle from the Swedish K3 regulations to the international accounting standard IFRS when reporting the year-end report on February 27, 2025.

The primary accounting areas that are affected are considered to be increased information in connection with financial reports, reporting of leases and that goodwill is not amortized continuously as is the case today. In 2023, Thinc Collective's goodwill amortization due to acquisitions amounted to approximately SEK 7 million. During the first nine months of 2024, these amortizations amounted to approximately SEK 5 million. Goodwill amortization will not be made using IFRS but has been replaced by an annual value test, which means an improvement in operating profit by a corresponding amount.
