Thinc Collective acquires an additional 15% of Safir Communication

Thinc Collective AB (publ) (“Thinc”) has today agreed to acquire an additional 15% of Safirab AB (“Safir Communication” or “the Company”) by Niklas Alm who is one of Safir Communications founder. After taking over, Thinc Collective owns 64% of the Company.

The valuation at the time of the acquisition corresponds to an EBITDA multiple of 5 plus unrestricted equity in the Company. Payment will be made in cash equivalent to 33% of the purchase price and the remaining amount in the form of an interest-bearing 2-year seller's note. Access to the shares will take place on April 1, 2026.

Safir Communication, founded in 2013, is a communications agency with a focus on Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, Corporate Communication and Corporate Governance based in Stockholm. Safir Communication had sales of approximately 20 million SEK in 2025 with an operating margin of over 10 percent. Safir Communication currently has 9 employees.

Safir Communication has had a stable level of profitability in recent years and has continuously strengthened the organization in a good way.
