The communications group Thinc Collective has had a strategic collaboration with Granath Reklambyrå since April 2024, which has now moved together with Thinc Collective at Skepparegatan 26 in Stockholm. At the same time, the letter of intent regarding Thinc Collective's acquisition of 49% of the shares in Granath Reklambyrå in 2025 has been extended and the plan is for the transaction to be completed in early 2027.
The fast-growing Thinc Collective group, with entrepreneurial-driven companies known for their innovative solutions in marketing communications, and Granath, a full-service advertising agency with clients in both the public and private sectors and with deep knowledge in life sciences, have today extended their letter of intent whereby Granath intends to become part of Thinc Collective. This strategic deal is directly aimed at strengthening the Thinc Group's total offering, especially within the Creatives business area.
– Our collaboration with Granath has developed in a very nice way. That's why it feels incredibly good that we have now co-located our operations and thereby develop the collaboration further. The next step is for us to buy into Granath to be able to share the results we create together, says Anders Wallqvist, Thinc Collective's Group CEO.
– The opportunity for an expanded collaboration with Thinc Collective feels just right. We feel a strong need to be able to offer our customers both a broader and more sophisticated offering, which we do together. Thinc's entrepreneurial model suits us perfectly. It will be exciting to continue to grow into the Thinc world, says David Granath, founder of Granath Reklambyrå.
