Jetty X is Jetty's new updated platform for event and event planning. Since Jetty AB landed in the Thinc Group in 2021, extensive work has been carried out to launch a new version that is technically and structurally at a completely new level than before, while building on the strengths of the already existing system. Jetty is now also broadening from a focus on the festival and event industry to include more industries and markets.
Jetty X now includes the long-awaited features for:
-New project structure. Work on all projects and sub-projects simultaneously. Support for events of different complexity levels and increased support for new industries.
-People. Manage tour companies, staff, contacts, participants and guests. For example, work with travel, transport, hotels and make time planning down to the individual level.
-Better overview and control. Compilations and the ability to work directly with the compiled information and functions that show exactly where the customer is in their process, what the next step is and what they may have missed.
-Communication. With new communication links, you choose which data to collect or communicate, both for internal and external needs. Ensuring that everyone always knows the conditions.
Jetty X is a fully self-service SaaS system with full basic functionality for everyone, but as a complement to those who wish, payment modules and the possibility of consultation and support during deployment are offered.

The first version of Jetty X has been tested since the New Year by migrated customers with very good results. The finished version will be launched no later than May 31, 2024.
Jetty X is introducing new subscription models designed to match the needs of different organizations based on their size and level of usage, making it accessible to a broader customer base. By offering full functionality for events of all sizes, from large festivals to small public activities, Jetty X is opening up new markets. This includes not only the events industry but also other sectors where project management and governance are crucial.
